Call Monitoring
Call Guardian implements real time monitoring of carer activity. The automated system will trigger audio/visual alerts when carers do not arrive at calls within preset time frames.
The system can also send SMS txt messages to "on call" mobile phones* alerting managers that no carer has arrived.
Call Monitoring is included with the base Call Guardian package.
Rosters
Take the drudgery out of creating staff rosters. Call Guardian does all the hard work, keeping track of carer activities. No need to make any period the active period just jump to any date and view the roster.
Use powerful tools to manipulate how the roster is displayed, adjust staff allocations, call times, call durations and much more.

Staff Management
Calculate staff payments and keep track of annual leave, sickness absences and training records.

Security
Call Guardian incorporates a multi user security system. Users can be assigned preset privileges allowing restricted access to certain parts of the program.
Mapping Functions
Using Microsoft MapPoint technology** Call Guardian provides sophisticated mapping facilities directly within the program.

Print maps with route directions, calculate mileages and locate Service Users homes via latitude and longitude.
Care Planning
Using Call Guardian creating complete care plan files is easy. The built in assessments including care needs and environmental assessments are user friendly and powerful.

Ancillary pages such as daily report sheets, fluid charts and menu forms can be included at the click of the mouse.
Care packages can be reviewed using the review manager and risks assessed using the Risk Analyser.
Cost
There is no capital outlay and no expensive purchase. Call Guardian costs just £25.00 per week for the standard package (includes Call Monitoring).
